Postponed

To our valued community, 

I'm writing today to share the unfortunate news that 2024's event will be postponed. 

As of 9/13/2024 refunds have been processed to all ticketholders, vendors, and sponsors*.
*Some have graciously told us to keep funds for next year and I thank you!.

If you're wondering why we've made the decision, the answer is that we're just not ready. There are a lot of personal things that prevented me from dedicating as much of my resources to the event as needed this year and because of that, it's the best decision for myself, my Mxster and the success of the SWBB & SWPOL contests that we cancel. 

I started this message saying postponed because 2025 will be a new year and as we move toward it, it's becoming abundantly clear how important community will be to all of us. I'm not giving up, and I want to urge all of you to look for opportunities to build connections through events, munches, classes, in person and online.
